The Graylyn International Conference Center was originally the home of Bowman Gray, former president and chairman of RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company and a major benefactor of the Wake Forest University School or Medicine. The Graylyn Estate was donated to the University in 1972 by Bowman Gray’s son, Gordon Gray and is now being used as an international conference center. The Graylyn manor house contains a diverse collection of artworks including paintings and furnishings which are currently being cataloged.
